Delivery time may range from 5 to 18 days, depending on the origin and location of your order, the logistics partner, and when your order was picked up.

It's important to note that "creases due to shipping" are not considered manufacturing defects, as they can be easily resolved. Please consult the care instructions provided in the next tab for further guidance.

Fix Creases Caused by Shipping

When it comes to packaging rugs, if any side of the rug measures less than 60cm, we will roll it up for shipping. If the size exceeds 60cm, we will fold the rug due to size requirements and limitations imposed by our logistics provider.

Upon receiving a folded rug, there is no need to worry as this is a normal occurrence and can be easily remedied.

Here are two options to restore the rug's condition:

1. Option 1: Gently unroll the received carpet and allow it to lie flat overnight. In most cases, the creases will naturally disappear during this time.
2. Option 2: Alternatively, you can use a steam iron to remove the creases quickly. This method tends to be more effective.

Preventing Soil Build-up

• Minimize the tracking of soil into the building by utilizing suitable entrance mats.
• Regularly clean the entrance mats to prevent the accumulation of soil, which can be counterproductive.

Spot Cleaning

• Swiftly address spills to prevent stains from setting.
• Begin cleaning from the outer edges of the spill towards the center to prevent its spreading.
• Use a rounded tablespoon, spatula, or the edge of a plastic scraper to remove solid materials.
• Always blot the affected area with absorbent tissue or a clean cloth—avoid rubbing the carpet pile. In the case of wool or wool blend carpets, rinse the treated area with clean water and blot until dry.
• Allow the treated area to thoroughly dry before resuming use to prevent rapid re-soiling.
