    We value your satisfaction and offer a 30-day return policy for your convenience. We accept returns and provide refunds for items that are damaged, incorrect, of the wrong size, or defective. Items that are still in transit cannot be returned. If you wish to return an item and request a refund, please notify us within 30 days of delivery by sending an email to

    In the case of a defective product, please provide us with a picture of the damaged item. Upon receipt of this information, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item at our expense. We will then send you a replacement item at no additional cost. If you no longer need the replacement, we will refund the entire order amount to the card used for the original purchase.

    Please note that if you have ordered the wrong product and would like to exchange it, the return shipping charges will be your responsibility.
