Shipping Policy

THIS SHIPPING POLICY IS FOR USA AND INTERNATIONAL ORDER.

Processing time: 
100% of orders are shipped within 1-2 business day. It might take longer for larger products. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

Shipping time: 
Standard Shipping: We usually deliver orders within 5-8 business days. (MONDAY - FRIDAY)* (in regular seasons). It might take longer for larger products.

Order Tracking: 
Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Please contact our customer service team if you do not receive this email. You can also track your order by emailing hello@corxdesigns.com

 

Delivery Costs: 

Standard Shipping Cost $6.95

Priority Shipping Cost $12.95

 

Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Conzuri) at the customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

Our Carriers
We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for deliveries.

UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER
You are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete you must refuse delivery of the goods or sign “Damaged” then contact us on the day of delivery.

BANK HOLIDAYS
We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.

 

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your order. In order to provide you with the best service, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. We believe this timeframe allows for a reasonable period for customers to review their purchase and make any necessary changes.

Cancellation Process: To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible within the 12-hour window. Please include your order number and any relevant details in your cancellation request.

Refund Process: If your cancellation request is made within the specified 12-hour window, we will process a full refund for the order amount. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Orders Outside the Cancellation Window: Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that fall outside the 12-hour cancellation window. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is considered final. In such cases, you may refer to our return policy for information on returning the product after it has been delivered.
